Special Post for Doug & Sherry from the WI-FI ZONE

hey now!!!!

Me (ricky) and Leah have been working our tooshs off tonight, just like every other night trying to faithfully post these blogs! The team has been in bed, asleep, for over an hour, dreaming of summertime weather, by the way... And the reason that we are so late is partially because of your kids Take and Jayler, who wrote the blog tonight by the way... So the blog will be up momentarily, so you keep pressing that refresh button that we all know you are punching RIGHT THIS VERY INSTANT!!! WE need to go to bed...

the blogging EXTRAORDINAIRE,

ricky

P.S.

my dad is crying that i did not mention that he and jerry have been here as our 'security guards' and morale support (watching the uruguay and argentina soccer game)...

  8. Hi Becca and team -

We were sorry to hear some of you aren't feeling well. Hang in there. You've been part of an amazing experience and God isn't through with it or all of you yet! You won't know some of the results until you get to Heaven.

Becca, we are praying for you and for the time you have had to see God work through you and the team in reaching others with the Good News. Loved seeing you in a couple of the pictures. Just know we love you and are praying for you all the time. This will be a life changing experience you won't ever forget. Enjoy the short time you have left. Can't wait to hear more.
Love and prayers, M & P (your Florida connection!)

  9. Jerry!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it I finally got a post to go through, I have been following your trip and seeing all the pic's (Happy Birthday Leah):-) I could have walked there to see you with all the frustration I have had trying to get a post to go through. Well I figured it out tonight. Send Ricky some prayers from your group please...he was in the hospital and they did some tests it might be mono...he is very sick. I will tell him you are praying for him and I know he will feel better. Susie is in Canada and I saw that she got a post through, I could have called her and she would have helped me but both of you are out of the country. :-) I think the pictures look nice and I would like to see that part of the world. I miss talking to you and I miss the crossword puzzles. Have a wonderful time on your mission trip and a safe trip home.
    Love Gammy

  10. Jerry and Leah,
Wow this is fun now that I know how to do it...please tell all the young people in your group I am very proud of them. The work they are doing is wonderful and you never know the ONE person you touch may become a Mother Teresa and we know how she changed her world.

  11. Hi Becca,
Tried to post a note earlier but I was at a hotel in Santa Clara and their network kept knocking me off when I clicked post, sorry. I have followed your trip and am amazed at the awesome team you guys have. Clearly, God has been working through you all to reach others in love and for His kingdom. Hope to hear more when you return. We love you.
